We are thrilled to present an exclusive pre-order opportunity featuring the Farm's three favorite lavender varieties—Sensational, Phenomenal and now, Exceptional (a unique white variety).
Plants will be ready for pick up when the farm opens on June 1st thru June 15 during open farm hours, Wednesdays - Sundays 10am - 4 pm
Plants will come in field ready plug size, which are roughly 3-4 inches tall and are fairly delicate. It's best to plant them in the ground ASAP; lavender thrives when planted in early June, after the threat of frost. These plants will need to be planted in as much full sunlight as possible (6-8 hours minimum) and be given a light watering each night until it rains, for at least the first 2 weeks in order to get established (you will receive printed instructions on how to care for your plants upon pickup or you can visit our blog).

We have had incredible luck with 'Phenomenal' and 'Sensational' in our fields and they make up the vast majority of our more than 10,000 plants. The exciting addition of Exceptional, a beautiful and hardy variety with white buds, rounds out our three options this season.
These varietals were specially cultivated by Peace Tree Farm in Pennsylvania to survive and thrive in New England weather. The plants are a hybrid of traditional English lavender and Portuguese lavender, and grow tall and hearty, with high essential oil yield, high bud count, and vivid indigo hues.
