  • About the Event

    The Lavender Fields Secret Garden Elopement package is an intimate wedding ceremony designed for couples who want something meaningful, beautiful, and stress-free. The experience is meant to mirror a courthouse wedding, but with the intention and care Pumpkin Blossom Farm works to weave into everyday life. During your reserved time, Pumpkin Blossom Farm is closed to the public, allowing you, your partner and four (4) guests time to enjoy the property privately as you celebrate.

    Curated to be seamless with a structured flow, every element of the ceremony is included and thoughtfully coordinated by our team. Enjoy peace of mind and ease on your special day, and let us handle the rest. your ceremony will reside in an hour long structured itinerary, framed by 15 minute arrival and departure times to ensure a flowy, stress free experience. After booking, you will receive a brief consultation call with Ashley to review details.

     

    From the moment you arrive to the final photographs in the fields, every part of the experience is arranged so that you can simply be present with one another, surrounded by quiet countryside, soft lights, and the people who matter most.

    (0.00 to 0.15)

    Upon arrival, you, your partner, and your four included guests will be welcomed into the barn, where staff will collect your marriage license, confirm all previously communicated details, and ensure everyone is comfortable and ready to begin. You will also receive a bouquet and boutonniere made from hand-harvest dried lavender grown on the farm, prepared especially for your ceremony. Photos will be taken throughout the ceremony and celebration by your photographer, as well as a 30 minute portrait session to conclude the event.

    Your Justice of the Peace will be ready for you in the twinkle lit, rustic barn to officiate your marriage. Exchange your rings, vows, or your own special ritual to mark the beginning of your life together in an intimate and meaningful way.

    (0.25-0.35)

    Move to your signing table to sign your marriage license and make your union official as your photographer captures the moment.

    (0.35-0.45)

    Share your first dance together in the warm glow of the barn. Whether you choose a meaningful song, or simply sway together for a moment as a beautiful way to pause and take in the joy of the day.

    (0.45-0.55)

    Afterward, you'll be invited to share a champagne toast as you cut and enjoy your wedding cake for you and your guests.

    (0.55-1.15)

    Conclude the event with curated but relaxed portrait sessions in the barn and in various scenic areas of the farm while the property remains privately reserved for your celebration.

    (1.15-1.30)

    Take a final few photos, enjoy the peaceful setting of the farm, and soak in the last moments of your celebration before departing as newlyweds.

    Important Notes

    • Please arrive within your scheduled arrival window. Ceremonies follow a structured timeline and late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the ceremony without refund. 

    • Couples are responsible for obtaining and bringing a valid New Hampshire marriage license if they intend to be legally married during the ceremony

    • Each reservation includes the couple and up to four guests. Additional guests cannot be accommodated.

    • The ceremony takes place in a working farm environment, so comfortable footwear is recommended 

    • Ceremonies are held rain or shine, unless severe weather requires rescheduling for saftey

    • Pets are welcome but must remain under control, cleaned up after, and attended to at all times

    • Please note that Pumpkin Blossom Farm will be privately closed during your ceremony time, so timely arrival and departure help ensure a smooth experience for all couples

    • Please expect a brief consultation call within the week of booking to go over details and preferences

    • Please note that the lavender will not be in bloom at this time. Peak harvest is finished by late August - the plants will be green and will not have flowers in September
