We’re delighted to offer a limited pre order of our most dependable field variety: ‘Phenomenal’ lavender — the very same cultivar that fills the majority of our rows and has proven itself season after season in our New England climate.

You’ll receive an email as soon as your plants are ready.
Plants will be offered in two field-ready sizes:
• 4-inch plugs (pictured in Photo 1)
• Quart pots (pictured in Photo 9)
For best success, we recommend planting as soon as possible after pickup. Early June ( once the threat of frost has passed) is the ideal time to tuck lavender into the garden. Choose a location with abundant full sun (6–8 hours minimum) and provide a light evening watering until natural rainfall takes over, typically for the first two weeks while roots establish. Printed care instructions will be included with your order, and additional guidance can always be found on our blog.

We’ve had extraordinary success with ‘Phenomenal’ in our fields. Bred by the thoughtful growers at Peace Tree Farm in Pennsylvania, this hardy hybrid of English and Portuguese lavender was selected specifically to withstand the challenges of our northern seasons. It grows tall and vigorous, with richly colored indigo buds, abundant blooms, and an exceptional essential oil yield.
