Vinyasa Slow Flow in the Barn

6:45 pm - 7:00 pm:  Arrive early to check in and get settled in the field.

7:00 pm - 8:00 pm:   All Levels Vinyasa Flow in the Field (60 minutes)

Link breath and movement in this active, fun, flowing asana practice. You’ll prepare to flow with an awareness building meditation, focusing pranayama, and mindful warm-ups before choosing your own vinyasa adventure! Jen will lead the class through a creatively themed practice, offering multiple options for many of the selected poses, using props, alternative alignment, repetitions, or challenging additions. This class is your opportunity to engage in your personal practice and get moving mind, body and spirit. While most appropriate for students with at least some experience with a physical yoga practice, beginners and novices are welcome… just let Jen know you’re here and she’ll make sure you feel supported, engaged and glad you made this class the first in your yoga journey!

8:00 pm - 8:30 pm:    Enjoy a sweet reward!  Following every class, you are invited to enjoy complementary lavender infused treats and lavender lemonade, then find a spot on the grass or cozy up in an Adirondack chair and just enjoy the feeling of post yoga bliss.

Students are strongly encourage to bring their own yoga mat, a towel and water, as well as any personal props such as blocks, straps and bolsters they like, as our supplies on the farm are limited  (We have limited mats as well as blocks and straps).

Our yoga teacher Jen is always available before and after class to chat, advise and answer your questions.  Please arrive early enough to get settled in the field.

We are all here to protect and care for each other… Please follow CDC guidelines regarding Covid-19 restrictions.  Cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, and masks will be available in the barn for those in need.
