7:00 pm - 8:00 pm:   All Levels Vinyasa Flow in the Field (60 minutes)

Link breath and movement in this active, fun, flowing asana practice. You’ll prepare to flow with an awareness building meditation, focusing pranayama, and mindful warm-ups before choosing your own vinyasa adventure! Jen will lead the class through a creatively themed practice, offering multiple options for many of the selected poses, using props, alternative alignment, repetitions, or challenging additions. This class is your opportunity to engage in your personal practice and get moving mind, body and spirit. While most appropriate for students with at least some experience with a physical yoga practice, beginners and novices are welcome… just let…
