Power Yoga Dance Party!

Say goodbye to summer, and our first season of farm yoga, with a wacky and wonderful Power Yoga Dance Party on Friday, October 1st from 6:00-8:00pm. DJ Down Dog herself (our delightfully dorky yoga instructor Jen) will be spinning some wicked upbeat dance tunes while she gets you flowing, sweating and connecting with the universe!

The 90 minute, amped up version of a vinyasa style practice will offer you the option to really get your heart-pumping by adding push-ups, lunges, squats, planks, and maybe even an inversion or arm balance, to a faster paced flow and obligatory dance breaks. While most ideal for students with some experience with a physical yoga practice, students of all levels can get on the guest list! Jen is prepared to help everyone feel like a VIP- supported, safe and able to stick to their personal practice - by offering lots of options. And don’t worry, we’re not forgetting about the true purpose of our yoga practice, Jen will lead you through meaningful breath work, meditation and a reflective rest.

We’re pumping up the volume on the post practice treats as well with a lavender infused cocktail (or a mocktail), some savory snacks and sweets, which you are invited to enjoy together at the half hour after party.


You provide the light, the laughs, and the killer looks… YES, students are encouraged to dress up in their loudest, brightest and most rave worthy “yoga clothes”.

Students are strongly encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, a towel and water, as well as any personal props such as blocks, straps and blankets, as our supplies on the farm are limited.

New students should plan to arrive 15 minutes early in order to fill out a new student form and discuss any personal needs with our teacher, Jen.

Remember, we are all here to protect and care for each other… Please follow CDC guidelines regarding Covid-19 restrictions.  Wear a mask and practice physical distancing if you are not fully vaccinated. Cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, and masks will be available.
