About the Event
Jen and Missy believe yoga is for everyone and they are committed to offering this free weekly practice during the lavender season to anyone interested in finding strength, flexibility and balance for mind-body and spirit. What’s more, the practice style will be up to those who sign-up. Once everyone has arrived on their mats, Jen will ask you what you want to practice, how fast you want to move, what part of you is in need of attention, and then will lead the practice you’ve collectively designed. Class is ideal for all students.
Students are strongly encourage you to bring their own yoga mat, a towel and water, as well as any personal props such as blocks, straps and bolsters if desired, as our supplies on the farm are limited.
Following every class, you are invited to enjoy complimentary lavender infused treats and lemonade, then find a spot on the grass or cozy up in an Adirondack chair and just enjoy the feeling of post yoga bliss.
Our yoga teacher Jen is always available before and after class to chat, advise and answer your questions. Please arrive early to get settled in the barn.
We are all here to protect and care for each other… Please follow CDC guidelines regarding Covid-19 restrictions. Wear a mask and practice physical distancing if you are not fully vaccinated. Cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, and masks will be available in the barn for those in need.
