About the Event

6:45 pm - 7:00 pm- Arrival and check-in 15 minutes prior to class is recommended

7:00 pm Candlelight Relaxation Yoga (60 minutes)

This low and slow yoga class is all about finding calm, ease and freedom- mind, body, and spirit. The physical  practice is slower paced, with a focus on mindful movement, deep stretches and deeper breaths. We will end with guided, progressive relaxation and period of meditative stillness, during which you are welcome to drape one of our a heavenly, lavender scented pillows over your eyes. Class is held in the open air barn, lit with candles and twinkle lights.  Students of all ages and abilities are welcome.

8:00 pm - 8:30 pm - Enjoy a lavender sweet reward at the end of practive.  Grab a glass of lavender lemonade and a lavender infused baked treat to top off the evening.   

Students are strongly encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, a towel and water, as well as any personal props such as blocks, straps and bolsters if desired, as our supplies on the farm are limited.

Following every class, you are invited to enjoy complimentary lavender lemonade, then find a spot on the grass or cozy up in an Adirondack chair and just enjoy the feeling of post yoga bliss.

Our yoga teacher Jen is always available before and after class to chat, advise and answer your questions.  Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled in the barn.
