5:30 pm- Candlelight Relaxation
Take time for this mid-week reset and find yourself flowing into that Thursday morning meeting with more focus, peace and patience. Our Wednesday night class is all about finding calm, ease and freedom- mind body and spirit. Practices will always be slower paced, with soothing music, but the physical practice may range from a slow vinyasa flow to a gentle Hatha sequence (longer holds in each pose without the flowing transitions of vinyasa) to Yin Yoga (deep stretches, deep breaths, deep thoughts). This class will also end a longer guided progressive relaxation during savasana, during which you are welcome to drape one of our a heavenly scented lavender pillow over your eyes. Class is held in the barn under the twinkle lights. Class is ideal for all students.
Students are strongly encourage you to bring their own yoga mat, a towel and water, as well as any personal props such as blocks, straps and bolsters if desired, as our supplies on the farm are limited.
Following every class, you are invited to enjoy complimentary lavender lemonade, then find a spot on the grass or cozy up in an Adirondack chair and just enjoy the feeling of post yoga bliss.
Our yoga teacher Jen is always available before and after class to chat, advise and answer your questions. Please arrive early to get settled in the barn.
We are all here to protect and care for each other… Please follow CDC guidelines regarding Covid-19 restrictions. Wear a mask and practice physical distancing if you are not fully vaccinated. Cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, and masks will be available in the barn for those in need.
