Donation Request

At Pumpkin Blossom Farm, we believe in supporting the communities that support us. We are proud to be a New Hampshire business and appreciate the many local organizations, schools, nonprofits, and community groups doing meaningful work throughout our region.

We receive donation requests throughout the year and are grateful to be considered. To help us review each request fairly and stay organized, we ask that all donation requests follow the guidelines below.

Guidelines

Please review the following requirements before submitting a request. If your organization does not meet them all, you may still fill out the form:

• Advance Notice: All requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the event or date the donation is needed.

• Review Period: Please allow up to 30 days for our team to review your request and provide a response.

• Eligible Organizations: We welcome requests from registered nonprofits, schools, educational programs, community organizations, and charitable fundraisers.

• Local Focus: Priority is given to organizations and events supporting New Hampshire communities and surrounding areas.

• Documentation: Organizations with 501(c)(3) status should provide a copy of their IRS determination letter. Other organizations may be asked to provide documentation about their mission or event.

• Donation Availability: Donations are considered based on availability, budget, and alignment with our community values.

Once your request has been submitted, our team will review the information provided. Please allow up to 30 days for a response.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation. Due to the number of requests we receive and our available resources, we may not be able to fulfill every request.

If your request is approved, we will contact you directly to coordinate the donation and any necessary arrangements.
