Brews & Stews is all about warmth and comfort—rich, slow-cooked flavors, ice cold craft beer with a floral twist, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to kick back and stay a while.

Chef Bryan will be serving a spread of hearty, soul-warming comfort foods—rustic stews and buttery artisan breads, each infused with a signature touch of lavender. His dishes are crafted to be as cozy and inviting as the company around you. Known for his artistic use of local, farm-fresh ingredients, Chef Bryan grew up in New England with a love for both the region and creative cooking. After graduating from Johnson & Wales in Virginia, where he received the Golden Key Award for Upcoming Chefs, he worked in kitchens across the country before returning to his New England roots. Today, he lives and works on his family farm in Sutton, New Hampshire.

And to wash it all down? A curated craft brew made by our friends at the Last Chair Brewery: The Lavender Pumpkin Ale —a perfect balance of crisp, floral, and refreshing. Made with fresh lavender from our 2025 harvest, this is an exclusive, small batch brew!
