More About Alyssa: Alyssa has been an avid supporter of Pumpkin Blossom Farm since its opening season and has attended nearly every yoga class since they began in 2021. After subbing a handful of our evening candlelight classes and with encouragement from her friend and yoga mentor Jen, Alyssa decided to attend yoga teacher training at Sharing Yoga in Concord and became a certified yoga teacher in the spring of 2024. Over her years of practice, Alyssa has immersed herself in different forms of asana, ranging from restorative and yin to power vinyasa, as well as yoga philosophy, meditation, and breath work. She looks forward to sharing this passion for yoga with her students at Pumpkin Blossom Farm. When not teaching or practicing here on the farm, Alyssa serves as the Community Relations Specialist for the New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence. In her role, she advocates for and amplifies the voices of survivors. Alyssa has helped facilitate successful donation-based yoga classes and other awareness efforts on behalf of the Coalition here at the farm since 2022.
