Lavender Hydrosol: Hydrosol, otherwise known as an herbal distillate, is a versatile product created via steam distillation from our very own lavender plants. It is made up of water soluble plant compounds, minerals, essential oil, and water. Our journey began when our founder, Missy Biagiotti, sought a natural sense of peace for her sister undergoing cancer treatment. As they sat together in a rooftop healing garden in a hospital in Boston, surrounded by the calming effects of nature, the vision for our farm was born, and in 2019, it sprouted to life.
Since then, Pumpkin Blossom Farm has bloomed into one of the largest lavender farms in New England.
